As I am heading toward my mid 40's I have started getting really serious about the reality I might "grow old." I have a young wife and the reality that I could have kids in high school well into my 60's. I know I will slow down, but I want to be able to keep moving as long as I can. If the bikes, cars, airplanes and cop stuff doesn't get me....
