The parts are coming together. Found a regulator on FleaBay. Exactly what I need, the picture and even the OEM part number is correct.

Instead of a regulator, the guy sent me a rectifier. And now isn't answering my emails.

The big thing I need is a seat. I have the seat pan. Anybody got a Corbin or other cafe style seat? Anybody know how to make a cafe style out of this pan?

Thanks for all the tips and leads. Got the thing running, runs good, got most of the parts I needed.

Because this is a sort of cafe build I need a front fairing, not like the humongous Vetter I took off, but some thing like an Emgo or similar that would give the bike some character. 7" headlite.

Here's a before, and what it looks like today. Paint job to come later.
