Pricing on OEM parts for metric bikes is quite a bit cheaper than I can find in the states, even after shipping is factored in. Has anybody used them before? I’m a little leery of buying anything direct from overseas because I can’t tell if they are legit or not
 
I placed an order once.... 4-5 years ago.

never did get the order and never did get my money back....

and I had to block their almost daily sale emails

I use them, but via a third party shipper. I pay a bit more, but never had a problem. I also do all communications in Japanese, tho.
 
webike is legit, as is impex. I can't say I've saved much from either, but they certainly have parts that are difficult to find in the US
 
I used them when I lived in Japan and still do now. Mainly to have different options for parts. I've been happy with them.
