Check out our YouTube Trailer. This is what new visitors will see when they go to our page.

Just finished our 3rd Photo Collage. Colorado 2010 is on line and ready to view. Special thanks to our friends Pete Russo and Kim for joining us on this ride. It was awesome!

I have not seen them in many years! Have you heard from them lately?
Hey Scott - Pete and Kim actually live in Florida now. He does not ride anymore, but has become a huge sailboat guy. He does many long trips. I will let him know you said hi!

Yes it is true everyone. We have decided to take the plunge and purchase the new 2019 Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE LT+.

I have spent many hours researching this and after watching some great videos we decided to take the plunge. Be warned you will want to ride after watching them. Some of you with snow on the ground might want to watch other videos for a few days.

At this time, it looks like I will be picking the new Versys up next weekend. I hope on March 2nd to ride into the Dallas Metroplex and hit up my good friends at https://planokawasakisuzuki.com/. They will help me move over my GPS and heated gear before I head back home to Northwest Arkansas.

That really is a good looking bike! :thumb: I suspect you are going to have a lot of fun buzzing around Arkansas on that! Do you have any big out of state trips planned for this year?

10 Days in Colorado is a LOT of riding unless you plan to do a good bit of site seeing off the bike! I'd love to join you, but my time off is limited to one week at best and I am due for a family trip ;-)

Those 10 days also include some time in northern NM around Red River, Taos and Sipapu.

I can't believe that I actually did this. I took advantage of some great weather to try out the New Versys and a bonus would be the fact that I could see how the new Sena PRO 10C would do in the real world.

I am sure it would have done well, If I had remembered to remove the lens cap. I did get some good audio, but nothing but black abyss for the video. Man I am an idiot!

The good news is I will have many other days to get video. The New Versys was amazing and I was all smiles by the time I rolled back into the garage. Fun times for sure.

Got to take a little 100 mile ride, on one of my favorite roads today. MO90 never lets me down. Its a fun twisty road with little to no traffic! Not a bad way to spend a few hour, getting to know the new Versys is a lot of fun!

Check out the video.

Did you run 90 all the way from Washburn to Noel and back? I absolutely love that road. Years ago I was stopped in Cassville and a UPS driver noticed our bikes. We got to chatting with him and explained that we were just out exploring. He whipped out his map and told us about 90. Turns out he was a rider as well. 86, F, 112, and 76 are also high on the list of awesome roads in the area!

Hey Scott - I love that run as well. On this day - I left my home (The blue dot) rode to 90 and over to noel and then reversed the route.

Jamie's First Time - The first time on the Versys that is.

We had a little break from the cold and the rain and decided to join our friends for a quick lunch. We lucked out and dodged all of the rain drops and had a fantastic ride. We even got the Sena PRO10C to work. The camera has not had an issue, its been operator error!

I hope you enjoy this video. There will be many more to come.

Jamie and I spent Easter weekend in NE Arkansas and Missouri riding with some good friends from Texas and the MSTA, The weather was great and we had a fantastic time exploring the twisty roads while getting to catch up with some long time friends. This is a quick Video from the first couple of days. I have also included a few pics from those days as well. Stay tuned for Part 2 coming soon. See all of the pictures here:

I have finally completed the entire ride report. Two videos, numerous pictures and a blog ride report. I hope you all enjoy it.

On a side note - I was worried when I traded in the 15 Versys that I was making a mistake. All of that apprehension has been swept away as the new Versys is amazing! I miss the Orange, but other than that the new version has won over our heart and souls. Until next time everyone ride safe!
