But no! This forum is still active which is great to see, really appreciate seeing an active community.
I tried to make an account, and realized I'd already made an account back in 2011. Jeez I feel old haha.
Anyway, better late than never.
Hi! I'm Ashley, also known as chixwithtrix online. I've been riding on the street since 2011 and offroad with quads, dirt bikes n' such since I was a kid. Mostly gave up on non-caged offroading after six joint surgeries, 3 just this year. As a thoroughly average rider I've been down two times. One on the Dragon, one on the track. And then there was this third time I didn't crash, but DID launch my CBR airborne over a dead deer in the road. Do not recommend.
First street bike was a CBR929, followed by 05 R1, then a brief foray to supermoto with an unreliable Aprilia SXV550 (neat bike though), 02 SV650S, 08 Ninja 250, SP1 RC51, SP2 RC51, 07 CBR600 track bike, 02 KTM 65 supermoto, 10 BMW S1K, 09 R1, 14 KTM Duke 690, a 08 CBR1000, and rode my husband's FZ09 a bit- sold all of those over the years.
Now, I currently own a 15 Grom with full Ohlins. Yeaaaah buddy, best bike of them all
. Just took off the knobbies and enjoying street tires again. Stand up jet skis have dominated my life the last 3 years, incredibly fun, but with the surgeries I'm just not able to compete and ride at the level I want to. So....might be looking for a normal sized bike soon and get back in to motovlogging.
