A friend used me in a photo shoot for some professional photography images she was taking. This one came out decent.
Post moreNot some of my best but decent and recent. On another note, I probably bought about 20 canvas prints from our trip to Israel earlier this year.View attachment 275667View attachment 275668

Did some camping at Palo Duro Canyon SP this weekend. Didn't take the bike but rather the Outback. Some great temps for astrophotography but brutal daytime temps down in the canyon.

Love Eureka Springs! Thanks. Sure is nice when folks identify the location!
That is a very cool/unique photo! Stating the location adds something.I don't know if it's the very best I have, but it's one I like sharing.
At the junction of Highways 283 and 50, just east of Dodge City, Kansas.
A tiny little rusty sign reads "Free overnight camping allowed."

Most don't know it but after hurricanes hit East TX the central and western areas of TX usually suffer hotter than normal temps. Routine and very noticeable. It’s a beautiful area there and while not an official “dark sky” park (Caprock Canyon SP is one, though) we saw more stars that night than I’d see in years - probably since our trip to Big Bend. Thanks for the compliment - still learning how to do astrophotography but it’s coming along.
One reason we went in October was we were hoping temps would be reasonable but we got hit with record highs in 90s in the shade and in the sun, well you saw the thermometer. At least cool in the evenings and nights.
