Yeah, that little thing about having the monthly charge doesn't make it as cool as it initially sounded.

I've actually found a couple of programs that let me do a decent job editing on the ipad, but it is so much easier and faster on the computer that I almost always do it there.
 
I'll never own an iPad so longs as Apple tries to hamstring you with memory limits and not allowing the use of SD cards, and USB peripherals. I'll stick to Android or MS tablets.
 
Not worth it for me either, but I figured somebody might like it.
