Looking for Blanco area dirt rides

Now that I'm all set up with my new DRZ400, I'm looking for some places near home (Blanco) to ride dirt/gravel to get some experience. Looking at google maps I see a lot of dirt roads west of town but nearly everything is gated. I'm trying to have some fun but also not get shot at!

Anyone know of any good rides in this area? Only interested in riding pavement if it is leading to dirt/gravel.

GSL Ranch. check this place out.

There's a little known gem in the hill country called GSL ranch. It is 500 acre ranch with two mx tracks. One adult, one kids. The adult is unfinished with few obstacles at the moment. It is cut about 1.3 miles long though. It is a blast to run still. The rest of the place is for offroading...

It appears that a LOT more trails have been cut.

Thanks, I've actually already found GSL. Pretty strange place but decent riding. I especially like their dirt track on the North side of the parking area.

I should have specified I'm looking more for "back roads" to ride without going too far from home. GSL is a bit over 35 minutes for me.
