MSF Dirt Bike Class

OK!!! Class on July 14. It is a Monday. One student signed up so I have room for more.
Let me know as soon as possible

Best riding class I ever had. Kept up with the Tricepilot in BBNP right afterwards.

Cheers!

I have never had my stock tank full for July 4th! and the place is knee deep in grass. I shredded on Friday and the grass was as tall as the hood on my old Ford tractor:trust: That was the 3rd time I shredded this year and I usually do it once:party:

Class will be at Hidden falls Adventure park. 8 miles East of Marble falls on FM 1431, start at 0800 Monday Morning July 14. Cost is still $150, and I feed lunch, pay your way into the park, have extra motorcycles. I coach the MSF CRE Dirt Bike class.

There is nothing close by, you need to go to Marble Falls if you need something. I try to have every thing we need to sustain life and motorcycles for one day. Good camping at the LCRA park...Camp Creek...on the West side if Smithwick. The camp is about a mile from Hidden Falls Adventure Park.

Hey UlyBrad,

I wasn't able to make last Monday's class, but would be interested in taking one between now and Mid-September. Plan on reattacking the western TaT after my get-off last September. My buddy and I could use all the instruction we can get. I would rather a class be Saturday or Sunday, but a Friday or Monday also works. Thanks!

I arrived at HF Sunday afternoon and was going to ride the trails some. Decided not to.

Monday's class was great. Learned a h* of a lot I had no idea about, or even considered.

Ulybrad is a great instructor.

After dropping my bike because of size, he put me on a smaller bike stating to learn the technique and then it will transfer to the bigger bike. He was right... When i did get back on the 650, i did do better.

After the class on Monday, went on the dirt trails with the Brad and the other student from same class.

If I had of gone on those trails Sunday, without Brad's teachings, I would have wiped my bike and more than likely myself out. Technique is everything, learn it. Enough said.

Thanks Ulybrad.

I, too, was unable to attend last Monday's class. ($$ went for overdue truck repair instead. Bummer)

I second the request for a class before mid-september. and I think TravelDiva might be interested in one for that time frame as well.

I would request a Sunday or Monday class day.

Just something to keep in mind, Brad.

Oh, and was nice to meet you Sunday at the Gristmill. (Was very impressed with your handiwork, btw.)

Enjoy Montana. Ride report please.

We had a good time Monday. Keith is very much like any experienced rider I ever had the pleasure to RE-TEACH proper techniques. He did just fine... what he didn't say was he wasn't the only one to drop their ride!!!! OH yes I did. It got worse when I tried to ride the KTM250 with the Recluse clutch system.

We can have a class anytime. Anytime after I get back from Montana. I am also planning another Adventure the 3erd week of Sept.; the KTM adv rally in Taos NM. I want to try out the 2015 KTM 690 Enduro R. If I get one it will also be a part of my stable for students to ride!!!

i was wondering if you were still kicking the idea of 690 around. Give me call at your convenience:chug:

I'm traveling out of the country 3 times in September. If it's the weekend of the 13-14, I'm available for the class.

:flip:

I'd actually be looking for something before the 9/11-9/14 weekend. Setting off for Colorado on 9/11. A late July or August class would be ideal. It will be two of us attending. Thanks!

It wouldn't hurt my feelings if it were later like October. The heat and I do not like each other...

:flip:

I repeat...it would not hurt my feelings if it had to be October. Just as long as it's not too hot. :D

I've emailed Brad but no response yet. I suspect he's a busy fellow after all that time away.

I'm definitely interested in the class. I just need a bit of notice so I can get the kitchen pass.

Anyone heard from Brad? I'm still interested in a class for any of the coming three weekends. My last available is the September 5th through 7th slot.

Talked to Brad on Monday. He has been trying to get back in the groove after so much beautiful Rocky Mountain Country side....he may have melted:ponder:
