Where: At the intersection of RM 191 and US 71 just about a gear change down 191 on the right. It is East of 281 about 10 miles( don't hold me to the milage) first flashing yellow light. Or if your coming out of Austin it is beyond Pace Bend (Paleface) across the Perdanales River.
What: Way Better than Coopers in Llano, it is run by a family, Todd does the BBQ.His wife Kristen (I very well may have spelled it wrong) does the cobblers and other fixin's. The cobblers are great as are the beans. His daughter runs the register and busses the tables. Opie is the family dog.
Standard BBQ meats, Air conditioned. Krouse Springs just down the road for camping, swimming. Use caution at the low water crossing, it is a slime crossing.
