We left Katy headed west toward Flatonia to do a small paved county roads ride. We where on Tenere 1200 and 700. We did 300 plus miles and had great weather. Due to all the rain, we did paved roads, and what awesome roads we did!.

Thanks Harold for leading, and great to ride with Tim and Kenny.
What a great day. T700 is the best bike I have had.
A KTM500 may be up for sale some day.

Great pictures. Had a great time on the Tenere-a-thon. I still think we could have made across that last crossing. I am sure smarter heads prevailed.

Looks like you guys had a great time. Don't believe I would have tried to made it across the last water crossing as well. This green slime is always nasty.
Went on a ride yesterday myself following one of the trips someone provided a file format for. Believe it was the Andersen one starting at Buccees in Waller.. Almost laid her down in a really deep muddy section. Was kind of of scary as I was by myself but at the end of the day it worked out and had a great time. Definitely getting hot and muggy out there. The morning was absolutely great temperature wise.

No, I did the route from memory. Have riden the area a bunch! I did however have my gps on just, I will plug it in to my computer and see if it will bring it up. If not I will lay the route out this week.
Appreciate it sir!

Looks like it was an awesome ride. Where is that bridge at? I feel like I've been on it before.

I believe it is this one.
Piano Bridge

I do not have the route I just follow Harold, he knows that country like the back of his hand.
Yes it was Piano Bridge on Piano Bridge Road.

I too just follow Harold,he knows the way. We live about 45 miles from each other, at some point towards the end of the ride he tells me which way I need to go get home and he is always right.
