Adobe has seen fit to release Photoshop touch for Android and now for iPad.

Adobe has also released Photoshop Express for free on Android and iOS. This one works for both phones and tablets.

I'm still of the opinion that serious photos are taken with a real camera (not a phone) and editing done on a real computer, but mobile options are always nice to have.

Got an email today from Smugmug that they have released a photo editing app yesterday. I have not played with it yet, but I did download it.
