in, I will be camping Friday night at Purtis Creek State Park, about 10 miles from Edom.

I'm going to try to talk my son into riding over with me.
Anyone got a good route over from Longview?

In for two! Would enjoy riding over with a group from Ft. Worth.
I'm near the Hulen area of SW FtW.

BobW and I are out. See you all next time

Watching the weather. Pouring rain here right now. If it clears may still make it. We can wait as late as 10 and just make a quick run down the interstate instead of the more fun FM road route we had planned.

Well we're out. Weather guys are now saying the rain probably won't stop until 11 or after.

We're just going to make the ride tomorrow. Won't get to see you guys but getting to old to ride in the rain if we don't have to.

We kidnapped the Pie Man and headed West to Mary's in Strawn for CFS.

Made it about halfway before turning back... Next time!

Same here, made it to waxahachi and the one day I didn’t wear my Klim suit! Went to Tex-plex and watched the quad races and played around on the dirt track.

Didn’t get wet but did end up on side of road with a dead BMW.

Grandelatte and I and a couple others didn't like the looks of the weather around Edom so went in another direction.
