400 hundred odd miles today, Rogers to Mammoth Springs with some deviation for real estate business.
50-75 degrees, these spring days are tough….
Oh and Mammoth is running at 13.78 Million GPH, according to the park’s data board.

Great day of spring riding around the Lake Granger and San Gabriel river valley yesterday.
Not many wild flowers but we found a few. Lots of mowing to be done soon!
The river was really flowing. Good kayak action.

@GSTJOHN and I did 175 miles in and around Davey Crockett forest. Lots of dirt roads and water crossings. One wooden bridge over a river, has no guard rails. I was nervous. River not a creek, long bridge. Found old FS road with 2 huge water holes, cool. Glenn wasn't sure about these. Great buffet lunch at Larry Bruce Gardens. Out in nowhere, worth the effort.

Nice day for a short lunch ride yesterday. the $8.75 special.
It was nice out there. Not only was it very green, there was twice as much water in the low crossings. Got soaked up to my chest twice crossing Sandy Creek. 
Last time I rode through Burnet, I noticed that the A7 got a new paint job. I used to live at the end of a Dobbins AFB runway and these things would scream over at about 700 feet. A seriously fast and loud jet.

Yeah, for a split second I thought I had made a mistake. It was about a foot and a half on the right side. There was also quite a bit more water in the big crossing and the one next to it.

Oh Beaver my Beaver…..Thankful to have sold three lots in the last three days…..
piddling around Beaver Lake and Lost Bridge Village for work.
Maybe 80 miles so far, wore my winter coat and pants because it was 45, drizzling and supposed to rain. Near the lake the sun came out and it warmed to 60….

Could it rain anymore? In between the afternoon storms we’ve been receiving here in Central Texas we squeezed in a good ride.
The day started out quite foggy but we knew it would burn off. @Dudeman70 joined me for the shenanigans.
Shiloh cemetery near Troy.
Deer creek near Blevins.
It started getting sketchy around Cego. There’s nothing like gumbo mud to make things interesting!
Not today mud…not today.
Scenic Hoolio creek.
Insert great lunch spot here-Golinda Country Store.
Beautiful CR through the Post Oak oilfield following along the Brazos river near Satin.
Lastly we hit Westphalia and mud aplenty.

Was busy most of the day yesterday, but the weather was so beautiful had to go for a short ride! Got out really late, but was able to get a few miles in. Rode from Sugarland to Angleton, Liverpool and Brazoria Natl Wildlife reserve.
