Lol, being decided for me! Seriously, I like the bike but I'm a dirt rider. I'll just keep enjoying exploring hardtop backroads and riding will still be fun either way.

This is a picture of the Trinity river near Trinity Tx. This is the main body of water just above Lake Livingston. Hard to believe it's that stagnant.

Met @jgrm1 at Heather's in Rio Vista for an impromptu breakfast ride. I rode through a couple quick rain showers on the way there.
We had a good breakfast conversation that included @jgrm1 recent 2 week ride in Eastern Europe, my upcoming 2 weekish ride, and what caused third gear to shatter in his vintage Triumph.
Stopped here on the way.

They are all unique and fun in their own ways. I do like the T7 a lot. I spent a LOT of money and time tweaking it for me over the years. Doesn't seem like I bought it 6 years ago already.
I typically keep my bikes a long long time. For example I bought my old H2 750 in 1985 and my Wes Cooley bike in 1991. When I buy an additional bike I make sure I have the money in place to not have to sell anything. If I have to sell something I pass on buying until that is no longer the case.

I used to go to Roughnecks until a rat was spotted between the kitchen and bathroom doors. I know it happens, but I don't want to see it.
Been going to Heather's ever since.

I took advantage of a quiet and (relatively) cool Saturday morning to ride the lovely and talented, but filthy, RS to Ennis and revisit a breakfast spot that @Simmons1 and I discovered a couple of months ago.
Then, we considered it a potential pie run destination. I can confirm this morning that is true. With a large dining room, good food, an inviting pie case, friendly servers and an accessible location, I think we’ll give it a try.
Watch for a Pie Run post for November.

Rode over to Awake in Carrollton to First Saturday Breakfast with the Gold Wing guys with @TossingLead, and @Mike B . Jeff rode his Triumph and Mike and I rode our Wings this month.
There was a big crowd today. I believe there were 28 bikes or so and over 30 people. I noticed one Wing with a Kansas plate.
Had a great week of riding. Got out in the wind on the Motus, WR250R, T7 and Wing this week.

I was shocked seeing the green water the other day.My pre-Edouard ride!!
Regular unleaded at that Shell is often cheaper than Murphy or HEB in Huntsville
DISGUSTING condition of those flags! I really hate people allow that to happen and are oblivious to the situation.

Rich, with the stable of great bikes you have to ride, do you ever have trouble picking which one to ride? If so, how do you solve this stalemate?
Greatly appreciate your and everyone's postings as I am unable to ride for a while due to a recent surgery. Should be ready again when the cooler weather arrives.
