I met the owner of TopKoat at the races a few seasons ago and he seemed quite nice. If you look through the photo gallery on his site you can see some shots of his CR500R road racing bike. It was impressive on the track and the quality of his powdercoating on the bike was top notch. I think he tried a different color on every part! It almost looked like a computer 3D rendering with the multi-colored engine. 
Whenever I get something powder coated in the future, I'll be sending it to Randy at TopKoat.
