Okay folks. Listed these a few years ago, but decided to hold onto them and try and ride more...didn't work out. Circumstances have changed, so I'm listing once again. Both bikes are still in almost the exact same condition they were with a few more miles on each and a few items added to the Connie.

1st is a 2022 Z900RS Cafe in the black and silver color scheme. Bike is in excellent shape, stock with exception of Tech Spec tank grips. Front tire is original, rear tire replaced a few hundred miles ago due to a nail in the original. 2702 miles, may go up slightly. Always kept inside in a climate controlled shop. Asking $9,000 negotiable

2nd is the 2001 Concours that I picked up from bowtie39. . I'll add link to his original post below. 21,200 miles (may also go up slightly), replaced the coolant expansion tank and added an Amazon TPMS. Added the Custom Russell seat, Delkevic Carbon Fiber slip ons and lowering pegs I purchased from Bowtie as well. Will come with stock seat as well as my box of spare parts. Tires still have tread, but are past exp. date and front brakes could use some love. Cosmetically, it's not perfect, but is definitely worth the asking price. Rides well and still has alot of life left. I know there was a ton of interest when I picked it up, increased the price slightly due to the add ons, but am slightly negotiable @ $1800.

Bike For Sale - SOLD....Concours....a C10

I am wanting this bike so bad but the wife just said "hmm" when I showed her. I really wish someone would buy this thing and put me out of my misery. Me too. Bad part is I just sold my Bushtec trailer and have some cash just sitting here... It is either get a Henry's final drive for the GL1800...

I simply LOVE my z900RS Cafe!! And that Connie is a TON for bike for the price.
There are going to be two happy buyers out there...
 
Man, I was really close to getting the Connie when @bowtie39 had it posted (we never could get our schedules together) and think I had messaged you when you were talking about selling it last time.

But as someone said in another for sale thread recently, I have gone on a carb free diet with bikes.

Thank you for the comments. The Connie is a clean bike and Bowtie gave me a heck of a deal on the bike and the parts. Hopefully someone will decide they can't live without it and I can pass it on.
 
I had that same year model and color Connie a while back when I lived in the Rio Grande Valley. A fantastic bike, and at that price, its a screaming deal for anyone needing a nice sport tourer. And just to mention it, every time I see a nice Z900RS, it grabs my attention. Kawasaki nailed it.

I think the Z900RS would be great for daily riding, if I could condense the stuff I haul around down to a volume that would fit in a tank bag…

Definitely agree on Kawasaki nailing the look on the Z900RS. This was my homage to the initial '73 Z1-900. It was based on a '79 KZ1000, but I took a bunch of the '73 tank and other components to bring it back to a 1973 look...which was without a doubt the best looking of all those Z-series bikes. The '79 was a boxy, square, ugly looking model. I fixed it in 1979...LOL!...way before Kaw did the retro thing. Lot of similarity to the Z900RS.:mrgreen:

Anyone thinking about the Connie should get a look and maybe ride if permitted. These are pretty good road bikes able to do some miles. Or, a blast from the past to admire and keep around.
 
I have a few individuals who are interested and have requested more information on the Connie, so I figured I'd take a few detailed pics for the post.

The 2 most noticeable flaws are the cracks on the right front fairing at the blinker that were patched with epoxy and the cover for the rear rack attachment point doesn't match. Has a small, pencil eraser sized dent on top of gas tank in front of filler, small scuff on front fender and other typical wear for it's age.

Thanks to whoever bought it, that way I don't have to.
I was telling myself it it is still available in a week or so, I was going to go look at it with cash in hand...
 
I scooped it up and am very happy that I did. I was surprised that in person it actually looks better than in pictures. I hope to put a lot of miles on this one.
