That is a big group. Do you always stay in one group or split up in smaller groups to keep things more manageable? I would think it would be hard to keep everyone together when going through towns and traffic, or when you come up on slow moving vehicles on roads where you want to be moving a bit faster. I did notice the rider early on blocking an intersection with his bike and having his hazard lights on. Doing that here might create an "incident" with other drivers...

we drive the Belgian roundabout.
The leader is always ahead. The last man always behind.
At a turn, the leader orders the second to stop. The following see that and turn right. Only when the last man comes in sight, he may continue driving.
Depending on road conditions and traffic, you may overtake in the group or better not. If you are outdated, you will be back at the intersection faster. That settles pretty well. Advantage: Anyone can drive as he wants and nobody gets lost. This also works with very large groups
