Shocker fuel pump on KTM 1090r.

On way home from serve yourself I lost almost all power. Got home pulled fuel pump out put new one in. Old filter vs new filter. Only 13000 miles.

Wonder if ethanol is eating your fuel line or tank lining ?

Doggone! Make you wonder what kind of crud is coming from the gas station.

I also have a tank filter that filters gas.

I went with an after market fuel pump on my 1090 after hearing a lot of issues with the stock one, but mine didn't look anything like yours. It had a little staining but none of the black stuff. That looks like what I pull off my diesel vehicles LOL

Ya I got an aftermarket pump. As easy as it was to change I may put in my reminders to pull change filters once every or every other year. If I did not like the stupid bike so much because it makes me smile every time I get on it, I’d prob trade up.
