DAL/FTW: SOLD - 28' Camper trailer - price drop already

2006 Thor Wave
28' bumper pull
I pulled it with a 13 GMC 1/2 ton with tow package.

Used it at my deer lease.
I've never taken it on a trip

Queen bed
bunk beds in the rear
3 total beds
Couch folds out and table converts
almost new memory foam mattresses

Never tried the propane system.
Afraid of a flame in a trailer.
Cooked out or went to town.

Fridge stopped working.
Never replaced it ... used as storage.

AC and water system works great.
AC blows cold and no leaks in the plumbing.
Stopped using the shower and toilet.
It was a pain to find a dump station mid season.
Used toilet inserts like used on a small boat.

Caulked all and replaced most of the penetrations to keep water out.
No known leaks. But the roof should be cleaned resealed.

Awning needs a support leg.
It unrolls and has no tears or rips.
But it has no support when unfurled nor when transporting.
I zip tie it while transporting.

Brakes and lights work
But hasn't been registered since 2015.
Didn't make any sense to keep paying for inspection/registration.
I purchased a one-way ferry tag on-line when I needed to move it.

Tires are excellent and have been covered while resting
Also have 3 spares.

Electric jack stopped working.
Installed a new battery.
It will go up, but not down.
Probably a switch.

Comes with a Reese SC1200 weight distributing hitch with sway control and height adjustable shank.

Its not a cream puff, but a solid old trailer.

I've had 3 folks show interest.
One came by twice to look at it ... once with his wife.

All three had the idea nixed by the wife.

So I've dropped the price to help manage the wife's pain.
