I bought this and don't need it.
It's a new Giant Loop Fort Rock bag.
Never used . Still with tags.
Its supposed to go over your soft or hard panniers and still let a passenger sit on the rear seat.
I think you can also use it as a bag that goes over the rear seat and tie to the rear foopegs.
It has lots of tie down areas, waterproof zippers and reflective piping. 84 Liters of packing space.
