I am the owner of a 2014 super tenere with 29000 miles. I do all the maintenance myself with the exception of valve check and or adjustment. I would like to contact Jaxon Fyffe, mechanic in north Texas. Does anyone have info on how to contact him.

Below is a start with phone number but years ago. His company was Rideonadv in Ft. Worth but a Google search came back with nothing.

If phone number doesn't work send him a PM at YamahaSuper Tenere.com

Thank you.

You're welcome and I'll be interested what this will cost you. I have a valve check coming up and my eyes are not up to this work anymore.

I don't trust dealers but I would trust Jaxon. He has a sterling reputation within the Super Tenere fold.

I'm pretty handy with wrenches and did the valve adjust on mine. Looking back on it, if someone told me they would do it for $500, I'd jump on it. $1000 or more, and I'd still probably do it myself. The two biggest things that are a royal pain in the rear is that valve cover, and those bloody cams being 270 or whatever the crank is in this thing. They are always under some sort of valve pressure so reinstalling them is not fun.
