SUZUKI BANDIT 1250 ISCV QUESTION

I have a 2009 Bandit 1250 and when I go to start it when its cold it fires right up and dies, I hit the start button and it fire right up and is good to go. My question is can I take out the Idle SpeedControl Sensor and clean it with no issues. I thought I saw somewhere it may cause issues with the ECU. I am thinking from sitting its gummed up a little. Was just going to spray some cleaner on it and reinstall. Thanks

I pulled mine and looked at it. No ill effects afterwards.

I did mine yesterday, there was some buildup so I sprayed carb cleaner and put back together. Hit the start button and perfect. I'll wait a few days and start again to make sure.
