What started as a a regular transition has turned into disappointments. They took 30 days to pay off my loan with BMW Financial Services. I had made extra payments so I was in the clear but I've never seen anyone turn a 10 day payment into a full 30 days. I have been waiting for 50 days for my plate and title for my KLR. Still nothing. Dealer is blaming the state for me not getting my plate/ title.
Let me just say I will not be buying from them again.
