The Neches 400 After Action Report

works for me, except I'm not a wheelie rider! I can clear obstacles but not comfortable going down the road on one.

Hopefully relevant enough to not derail the ride report, but looks like the 701, 690, and T700 were all on the Tusk 2Track tires. How'd they do? Did any of you wish you'd had something more aggressive on this ride? I'm tire shopping for my CRF450. I have a set of 2Tracks on standby for my ATAS when the Bridgestones run out, was wondering what tires to get for rides like these for my 450.

My 701 was on MotoZ Tractionator Desert HTs. Love them. Good on pavement and great on the dirt. I am hard on them though so they don't last super long, maybe 1500-2500 miles depending on how aggressive I am with the throttle. The 690 was on the Tusk rear tire and Pirelli MT 21 front (it was toast before the ride started!). He likes that combo and it certainly seems to grip well enough that it doesn't slow him down!
