As everyone has said, Rabaconda support was very prompt in addressing the missing items from my refurbished tire changer purchase. I think I had the missing parts in 4 days.
I also told them about some extra items they had sent and some expensive over-packaging (a big box for two sheets of stick on wheel weights). They were very appreciative and explained that they have two companies in the US that pack and fulfill their orders and that they don't get feedback on how well those companies are doing unless we tell them.
Sometime this week I hope to use it.
