Already can’t wait!
all things are subject to change, never know.No 2nd sprint enduro? Dang, I like those.
Very excellent even for experienced riders.

That sounds awesome. Choices!NEW CLASSES ANNOUNCED FOR TORCS RACING!
We’re excited to introduce TWO new classes to the TORCS lineup for the 2026 season: Dual Sport and Adventure Bike
These classes are designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible, while still offering competitive racing and awards.
Dual Sport Class
• Races during C/D races on Saturday & Sunday
• Bike must be originally manufactured as a street-legal motorcycle
Adventure Bike Class
• Races during the 85cc class in the morning on Saturday & Sunday
• Bike must be over 350 lbs (original manufacturer weight)
Points & Awards
• These classes will be treated like regular TORCS classes
• Riders must attend 7 or more races throughout the season to qualify for end-of-year series points
• Riders are eligible for Holeshot awards and other event awards throughout the season
Whether you’re lining up on a plated dual sport or a full-size adventure bike, we’re excited to welcome you to the gate
More details coming soon, stay tuned!
Nope, you partially correct. What may be worse, I think folks are underestimating how fast a handful of guys can ride a T7. So then you have grown men with testosterone flowing trying to pass slower 85cc kids. Of course it depends on who actually shows up and if it's a flowy track.Am I the only one a smidge worried that having 350lb+ bikes running around with minis is kind of a Goliath vs David setup? I'm sure the 85s are gonna be faster, but when they start lapping the big bikes... wondering if a) the big bikes will even hear them and b) if there's a collision, the little bike will always lose.
What I have reservations about is the decisions made by the different ages. Makes me think of my LAST ever trip to Rio Bravo MX. Absolute chaos with different classes/ages of riders on the track together and no flaggers. Hopefully the big bike "adults" will be mindful.Am I the only one a smidge worried that having 350lb+ bikes running around with minis is kind of a Goliath vs David setup? When guys are racing, you're expecting a lot. I've seen some crazy **** stuff back in the woods. Hope you're right."adults" will be mindful
I'd say they better do it voluntarily!Curious how the bumping will go. There's some guys at the top of my class that would finish top-5 in the next class up and sometimes podium.
...You know I'm kidding. When it comes to motorcycle activities in general and dirt racing in TX specifically, the more the merrier, and we will all benefit from it. Good on you for keeping everyone informed and highlighting the enthusiasm for TORCS. I spent many years racing the TX Enduro Circuit way before the TORCS organization, and today I still work on the Concho Enduro. We always need more participation in both the folks who put on events and those who go race them. Good stuff.Timely post.Class Placement Reminder for 2026
As we prepare for the 2026 season, we’re reviewing 2025 season data, including lap times compared across all classes, not just within your own class.
If you consistently placed at the top of your class and are running lap times similar to riders one (or even two) classes ahead, it’s time to seriously consider bumping yourself into the next class.
Your options:
• Start the season in the new class
• OR bump yourself after Round 1
At this time, we will NOT be posting a public list.
However, please know that we do have a list of riders who may be considered for bumping, and we will be reaching out individually after Round 1, once we see how the entered classes shake out.
Important:
If TORCS has to bump you out of a class, only a fraction of your points will transfer.
This bump system exists for one reason: to keep competition honest and prevent sandbagging. We want racing to be fair, challenging, and competitive for everyone.
Please choose your class carefully and let’s make 2026 a truly COMPETITIVE season
Hint: There are some class changes coming for 2026, so keep an eye out for that info very soon.
Sorry, I'm out now but my heart and love goes to TORCS and STORM before that. I liked STORM series better as the races were longer in time and length of the course. Heck couple of places you'd only run 1 or 2 laps as lap times were close to an hour. I usually did 1 TSCEC event a year. Even sometimes win my class. I never got into the time keeping, I'd just ghost someone on my row or row ahead of me, lol.Geez Rob...quit beating that TORCS drum. TORCS is just for a bunch of wimps. The TX Enduro Circuit is where the real men go!

Got to finish to win it! lolIf anybody has experience with this and wants to provide feedback, I’m all ears.
