TWT rocks Luling TX

Wow, some awesome pictures and looks like a bunch of great guys. Hope to be able to make it next time. Came back from Oklahoma too late last weekend. But that is exactly my kind of weekend. Even I was not there but a big thanks to KsTeveM & sorry what happened to your daughter. Glad to see that she is o.k. and she handled it like a trooper.

I had one of these and came real close to being a victim! Hence don't care for them!

Nope, glad they aren’t made anymore. Lost a 4th grade student to a 3 wheel accident.

I didn't take any pics either. I did however have a great time. It is always good to see old friends and meet new ones. Just being able to poke around a pasture and make a new trail or follow your friends around laughing as a bike naps, makes me feel like a kid again.

Thanks to @KsTeveMom for opening up your place so grown men and ladies can act like kids for a few hours. Thanks to @KsTeveM for making it happen. Thanks to everyone for making it a great weekend.

I was also glad to leave with two bikes less than I came with.

I don't let anyone else ride that 3 wheeler. It is for sure a different animal that requires specific attention to detail of it's nuances. It is mostly a lost skill set at this point as riders age out. But I can't tell you how happy it makes me when it fires up. The sound of the 200S, the feel, the nostalgia. Memories of my Dad crushing trails with it back in the day, passing riders on better machines, some with a 4th tire when that phenomenon happened. Later me learning how to ride it, playing on 2 wheels for long distances, power sliding etc. We have had it since 1984 and it has been like a family friend. I've retired it to just carting me around on the property every now and then, no more hard riding for him. If it ever gives up the ghost, I plan on hanging it from the shop ceiling. Here is a pic from January 1985 when the San Antonio area got 13" of snow. Most families were holed up in their house freaking out. Not us, my Dad made a sled out of cardboard and a 2x4 and was dragging us around the neighborhood with that same exact 3 wheeler. Legend!!! My Mom found a pic, It's actually my Dad getting dragged prior to his MacGyver sled build that day.....and I'm driving, I was 11 ha ha.

Check this one out my Mom just found.....me driving, my middle sister in the middle, my Dad on the back, in the Nueces River downstream from 19 Mile Crossing. I was 8 and the 3 wheeler was a 110, it was my friend Mark's, he was at the Luling hang this weekend in the big flat bed van. I look like I should have a Marlboro hanging from my lip?

SteveO - the 3 of y’all on the Nueces, What strikes me is how much you look like your son! That should be the other way ‘round, I know. But to me that is how it is ☺️

Wow. Ya'll had a great experience. Looked like the perfect time to me. Great pics too. Especially scary was Abby's neck line after she tried to hang herself upon realizing she gave up a weekend only to discover most of the fellows in attendance were her dad's age.... Oh well, at least she got a good ride in, and the older we get, the more important that becomes.

Man, Steve...you had an upbringing a lot like mine. We were less concerned...or maybe just ignorant...of some of the possible dangers in life. My mom and dad took me places and let me do things we almost think are forbidden these days...and I think we may be poorer for it. BTW, you're the only one in that pic with a serious look on your face. Even then you were trying impress us. :lol2:

He is a pretty good looking kid isn't he :-)
And he is letting me know almost daily he is going to out ride me. Probably not far off at this point :-)

Daniel is the same way, always looking for ways to outshine his old man :-P "You wanna do a harder trail than this one...!?" It's like he's just trying to find one I can't do that he can so he can rub my nose in it :lol2: I just told him to go for it, but remind him that one day, if he's lucky, he'll be the old dude chasing the young gun! ;-)

I am currently using it to spray difficult areas at our ranch. After I finish spraying with it I will take some pics of it where it shines (sand, mud).

I was in the industry when these were the ATV's. Yep I'm old I guess. LoL. Missed you guys by a couple hours...it was quite warm that Sunday morning. Don't blame you all for getting out of dodge before the higher temps. Looks like a great time!

It was more foggy and gross on Sunday morning. I was quite glad that I camped in the back of my SUV because I'd have been packing up a super wet tent otherwise.

I forgot, how'd it go getting the big trailers up the hill? Any epic videos?
