Inroads can best answer that but from what I saw it & he did GREAT! I think that was mostly rider, basically stock bike with street tires! I wouldn't have ridden it up Palomas gap, in the snow, nor in the creek beds after that. The handlebars never touched the ground.
That’s for sure... can’t believe that he managed to plug thru that stuff on that bike!! Hats off to James. I’m glad I was on my 500 with new aggressive tires vs. a 390 w/ street shoes!!

Hats off to Sander for initiating an awesome 3 days... and to Sander, Jimbo & Jerome for navigating - sometimes in tricky areas. Good crew of solid riders that were kind enough to always wait for the sweep (i.e. me most of the time). Ya gotta love New Mexico!

Blue sky riding!

This is what got Tim the Knick name “PFT”... for “Phantom Flat Tim”. Who the **** changes a good tube on the trail?!? On the upside he did it impressively fast - and w/o his valve fishing tool.

Man, what a fantastic video!

Thanks for taking the time to record, edit and post this.

What is it like riding in that snow?

I was worried for the 390 guy all the way through :)
