I like it. The bird is in perfect focus and there are no shadows across it to distract. The limbs frame him perfectly and the sun seems to "spotlight" him.

The one closest limb crossing in front would be the only distraction for me.
 
I like it too.... Janet's right about the sunlight being perfect. I also like how the orange tail feathers are in full display. Maybe the one set of leaves at those tail feathers could be distracting?

How's he holding on to the branch? Is it only one foot?
 
Very difficult to handhold a big lens like that and still get an acceptably sharp result.
