WTB, Vintage Honda or Yamaha

I'm looking for a 70s Honda, or Yamaha for a cafe build. Any ideas on any old bike shops that might have a 550cc in the DFW area? The 750cc is a little big for me, so any tips would be great.

Any 500 to 600 single would be sweet! IMO a SR500 would rock!
