Yamaha roadstar wheel troubles

Does anyone have experience with changing from spoked rims to solid. My bike is a 2000 roadstar 1600.
I found a rim for a 2004 roadstar before i drop $ on it i wanted to know if it was nearly the same size!

I don't see a problem

2000
Front
Tire: 130 / 90 R16 H
Rear
Tire: 150 / 80 R16 H

2004
Wheels: Cast alloy; 16 x 3.0 front, 16 x 3.5 rear
Front tire: 130/90-16 Bridgestone G703 Excedra
Rear tire: 150/80B16 Bridestone G702 Excedra


OEM tires were whitewalls on my 06 Silverado.
