for real! where the heck are the pics and stories? ya'll know i have NO life now. i am depending on TWT for sustenance....I keep checking to see if someone has started a picture thread yet but I haven't seen one.
Somebody oughtta so I can live vicariously through you chaps.
I plan to tap the potential and I will need help. Some to cut and some to be guinea pig riders. I have a start where I want it to go but have not found a way down. I also have another possible venue to go along with RTB this year. Trail cutting is tough work. especially when Texas heat comes on!Thanks Tom and Doty! What a great group of riders you managed to pull together. Afrom what I saw, fine time was had by all, and the location was wonderful! Excellent campground facilities, with staff that was truly delighted to have us there. All in a setting of super fun riding terrain. Not to mention that big giant lake we camped beside, with all it's recreation oportunities. I really enjoyed riding on the ranch in the offroad challenge. For those who didn't witness it, this was a TRUE offroad challenge. To be sure, that course was no pushover! Such a rare treat to be able to ride real dirt all day, while participating in a large rally. That place still has huge untapped trail potential too! I will be looking forward to more Possum Kingdom rallies, and more outings on that ranch property in the future. Once again, Well done guys!
SUPER THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HELPED!!!!! SlowOldGuy, Mr Queen, Cleatus, Grinder, DRZBRIAN,Wacodirtyrider(GPXfiles), RICK, BIGDAVE and the boys... TXJAMES you rode like an acid rat jacked up in those first brush busting forays!!!! I will try to find you some help next time! My goal is to get everyone a chance to have good time...I hope all did! Thanks to all that attended. I was happy with the event even with the weather. Thanks folks. The more correct thank you would be "thank you Dody and the Dis-Organizing Committee and Volunteers". I am just one of several. BigDave and his boys, Cleatus, Grinder, DRZ-Bri, the ever popular TXjames, Brad and our landowner host. ( I am forgetting somebody ??????) And planning and route help from several more.
This is one of Dody's babies and he's the one stressing. We just like to have big fun. . And if it all turns to crap it's all his fault. We gots "Plausible deniability."
