They stayed off our nice pretty grass and it was yesterday , I forgot to hit post last night . There were land mines on the road for a while yesterday .
Checked out another trail to the high country today , lots of ATV s so the trails were deep in silt , I made really big dust clouds today the uphill part of today’s ride was kinda tough , my bike took a couple dirt naps on some steep stuff and I had to step off and let it go , couldn’t straighten it up . Regroup , put a big rock behind the back wheel and go another 20 feet and do it again . That time I walked up the trail 50 feet or so and cleared some obstacles . Took me another half a mile after I got climbing again to get back in the groove . Up one trail then down another that intersects with it . I knew I didn’t have to come back down it or I would have turned back . Put bike tracks on another hill that had none , nothing but horse and cows and it cuts out the worst 3/4 miles of silt beds there are in this neighborhood . I’ve been looking at this one for a couple weeks . The part wher my bike had to take a rest break
further up once it leveled out more , fun ride but challenging ,
