Hot Dang, it's clean in there! I think I replaced the chain and tension block when I changed the stator 12+ years ago.

Geez, I'm not seeing anything very scary in there at all. Not sure if those copper contacts need replaced or just cleaned up. I guess I'll clean and lube it, clean the brushes and commutator and see what happens.
But I actually worked on a motorcycle today, and it was actually in the garage!
It’s all good though. The weather is getting better and better.
